Living In Lagos

Born and bred in Lagos, I refuse to subscribe to the notion that life in that city is burdensome and often times stressful.

My cousins have vowed times without number that nothing would make them move from the relative serenity of thier current abode to Lagos. Good luck to them.

For me I don't see myself exchanging my beloved city of Lagos for any other city in Nigeria.
Simply put, I'm addicted!

I mean, in what other city will u leave home 3 hours ahead of schedule just to make that important appointment?

In what other City would u have Public servants[The police}, and even the services industry in general insult u in the process of carrying out a service due to u?

In what other city would u find a complete coagulation of multi-ethnic groups functioning together as a unit?

Lagos is unique, a city amongst cities. While truly not for the faint hearted, has just barely enough room to accomodate all and sundry.

I love my city of Lagos!!!
